Meticulous Auto Body Repair Work

When you bring your damaged vehicle to City Side Auto Body, first, we'll review the state of your auto with you. We take the time to review the vehicle in full, mark down all accident-related damages, document any of your concerns post-accident, and notate damages you may feel are related to the accident.

We'll also review additional damages not related to the accident and discuss your FREE estimate and cost of repairs for any non-accident related damages.

Our blueprinting process is extremely detailed and designed to document and discuss all your concerns to ensure nothing is missed. In addition to reviewing the damages, we check mechanical functions of the vehicle, such as windows, locks and lights, along with any alignment, and suspension concerns.

Next, we will take photo documentation of the damages and photos post-tear-down to document any hidden damages found after your vehicle has been disassembled.

Comprehensive Estimates

When you meet with your insurance company or bring your vehicle to City Side, you'll get written documentation of all necessary repairs for your vehicle. This estimate does not include damages found after the tear-down of the vehicle and hidden damages that can be revealed once repairs are in process.

If there are additional damages or parts that need to be replaced, these items and additional time needed will be added to the supplement. A new estimate will be discussed and provided to the insurance company and you as well.

Please note: our initial estimates are a FREE service for walk-in and insurance customers. The estimate is NOT a guarantee of pricing, based on hidden damages that may be found post-tear-down.

Once we have completed vehicle intake, blueprinting, authorizations, and approvals, our technicians will perform the repairs according to manufacturer specifications.

As a certified I-CAR shop with access to resources such as ALLDATA and OEM manufacturer databases, we follow specific repair processes to ensure that your vehicle is returned to pre-accident condition.
